Just a bit of info that Might be important, in Sifedia Demons are defined as beings from another plane of existence, or whos ancestors came from another plane of existance. Many of what are termed as 'Demons' were born and raised in Sifedia.
Youkai on the other hand are more types of elementals, like fae, and native to Sifedia.
Though Tanis and Khan are both only halfbreeds. Not a big secret or a spoiler, I promise.
